So is this the new Skype for Business?
Yes, Skype for Business is ending in 2021, if you’re using it currently you we experience no change in service until July 31 2021, but we would recommend migrating to Microsoft Teams straightaway before the bottle-neck begins and benefit from the move convenient and advanced way of communicating within the workplace.
Why not just use Microsoft Calling Plan?
Firstly, using an ITSP, call quality and voice services are what we do, not what Microsoft do. We specialise in it. It’s compatible and approved, you have many more options including phone numbers, locations plus lets not forget the fact is it significantly more cost effective than Microsoft Calling Plans.
